TRINITY

'Trinity' is is a fantastic piece of furniture that was made by Pennsylvania House Furniture, once located in New York City and the doors depict New York in the 1830’s. 

The colour tones we have used, was an easy choice, as we were able to pull the colours from the pictures on the doors to use on the internals and externals.

The Artisan Company Premium Chalk Paint, Old Espresso is a sophisticated, earthy, rich and warm brown, which we have used on the externals together with a Coloured Wax to increase depth and interest and Velvet Luxe was used on the internals, picking up on similar colour tones that are shown in the pictures on the doors, giving the piece a cohesive look.

What we Did:

The externals were painted in The Artisan Company’s Old Espresso Chalk Paint with texture, Carbon Black Coloured Wax and Clear Wax.  Detailing was accentuated using Bronzanite and Forgotten Gold Metallic Glide.  The internals were painted in Stormy Creek Velvet Luxe.
