GIANNA

‘Gianna’ is a solid Oak Antique piece, that looked somewhat plain and boring.  Reviving her was a pleasure, as we have been able to create a stunning Bespoke piece that stands out, and her detailing is now enhanced.  She has been given a Tuscan, style finish, however, she will fit in to a Villa or a Modern Interior with comfort and ease.  Changing the handles has bought her in to the 21^st century, and it is simple, little changes like this, that can alter the look completely.  This is a piece that draws your eye, not only because she is a magnificent statement piece, but the multiple Coloured Waxes that have been used, create so much, interest, depth and movement right across her, and she is certainly a piece that responds beautifully, to ever changing lighting.

We often talk about the fact that The Artisan Company’s Clear Wax, can be mixed with any of our Paint colour range, that is available in 67 stunning colours, making this product unique to the market.  With ‘Gianna’ we are able to show you the power of multiple Coloured Waxes layered over the top of each other, creating a finish that would otherwise be difficult to achieve, but finishes like this can be achieved with ease, by making Artisan Coloured Waxes.

What we Did:

Painted in The Artisan Company’s Mali Premium Chalk Paint and Coloured Waxes in the following order, Dark, Carbon Black, Firefly, Mali and Crisp White.  Bronzanite Metallic Glide has been used to accentuate the detailing.
