WORKSHOP DETAILS:

* Maximum 4 people per workshop.

* This is a BYO piece workshop.

* All workshop attendees will have access to an exclusive 10% of Chalk Paint and supplies on the day.

* Time frame: approximately 3 - 3.5 hours. 

Join us in the Renaissance Paint Studio where we are ready to teach you how to create this stunning softly worn and faded finish with incredible depth. Gracefully aged, wrapped up in an overall soft and romantic finish, reminiscent of a grand old worldly piece, withstanding the test of time and building character over the years in a French Chateau.  Except...we are going to create this in 3 hours! We call this "The Chateau Méthode".

An expertly run masterclass where we have broken the steps down for you to follow, learn all the tips and get the inside tricks, knowledge and skills on how to create this stunning finish, which can be interpreted in so many ways and colours.

Here you will learn The Chateau Méthode expertly run in the Renaissance Paint Studio and gain and understanding on how to create texture , authentic age and layers and how to manipulate The Artisan Company Premuim Chalk Paints and waxes to create this classic elegant and timeless look using Artisan Premuim paints. You will also get a chance to work with metallics and create your piece under expert guidance in the Renaissance Paint Studio.  

WORKSHOP CRITERIA:

Ideally you would have completed a Renaissance "Blue Print/ introductory workshop" as this will be a fast paced workshop and  participants will need to be already familiar and well versed with the basic techniques . 

BRING YOUR OWN PIECE CRITERIA:

To ensure that your piece will be completed during the workshop, your piece must be a small piece that you can hold and carry under one arm by yourself. Side table, small bedside, small wooden chair or small half round hall table are ideal.

Classes are run in groups of 4 for the optimum learning experience. Book early to avoid disappointment. Separate group bookings are also available (minimum of 4 people per class), please contact us on sales@renaissancestudio.co.nz for group bookings.  

Please choose your dates carefully as our Master Classes are run in intimate numbers and they are non-refundable.
