ORNATE ANTIQUE MIRROR

Hanging this big heavy mirror was no easy feat but was well worth it! This metallic beauty lightens and brightens Belinda's villa hallway perfectly. Using The Artisan Companys' Metallic Alchemy range, Belinda revived this lovely ornate frame into an aged metallic antique finish, how stunning! Her metallics and waxes have been carefully layered and merged to achieve her beautiful warm bronze hue.

What we did:

Painted using The Artisan Companys 'Old Espresso' Premium Chalk paint. Marko Bronze Glaze was layered over the top of the chalk paint, then Milan Moonshadow Glaze was used here and there to add depth and shine to the ornate detailing. Dark and Carbon Black coloured wax was used to age the entire piece then Forgotten Gold and Bronzanite Glide was used to finish off highlighting the details.
