The Artful Blend - Masterclass

This is a bring your own piece Workshop. Join us for a 3 – 4 hour Workshop and learn how to use a highly pigmented chalk paint to artfully blend, texture and det ail a piece in one go.

Here you will gain an understanding on working with a colour way rather than a colour to study a piece of furniture to approach a blended texture finish to elevate the shape of what you are working with, seamlessly mix,  blend, highlight and shade in one go creating a visually striking and elegant piece.

You will learn how to create depth and how to pull a finish together using and creating Coloured Waxes, you will also get a chance to try the metallic paints to create subtle hints of a distressed Metallic look .

You will be creating a softly aged and blended piece. A great technique for quickly creating that feature piece.  

Criteria for this Workshop : 

Ideally you would have completed a Renaissance Studio & Blue Print/ Introductory Workshop as this will be a fast paced Workshop and participants will need to be already familiar and well versed with the basic techniques . 

Bring your own piece criteria:

To ensure that your piece will be completed during the workshop, your piece must be a small piece that you can hold and carry under one arm by
yourself. Side table, small bedside, small wooden chair or small hall table are probably ideal.

Classes are run in groups of 4 for the optimum learning experience. Book early to avoid disappointment. All workshop attendees will have access to an exclusive 10% of Chalk Paint  and Paint supplies on the day.

Separate group bookings are also available (minimum of 4 people
